Hi, my name is Kate. I am a wife, mother of two children and work full time in Wellington, New Zealand. This is a photo of me from a couple of years ago. Since turning 40 everything has softened and I have decided it is time to do something about it. I have about 12kg to lose and this blog is to make me accountable. I used to teach Pilates and race triathlon and I am determined to get back to a level of fitness where I am able to compete again injury free.
