Day 1

This is me on day 1. 73kg and feeling insecure in my own skin. My clothes feel tight and I am really self conscious when wearing casual clothes. I have a foot injury which has stopped me running for a few months but I have a special foot strap so am going to try for a slow and steady 5k on the beach followed by some stretching and strengthening Pilates exercises in my home gym. Wish me luck 🤞
