Day 3

No one is going to put in the work for you.

Day 3 started off well. My mind was racing with ideas of starting up a fitness business here in NZ. I had had a successful fitness and Pilates business before leaving the UK and realised that part of me missed doing this. I also considered the fact that I would need to get in better shape to be able to do this and that setting this as a longer term goal would help to keep me focused.

I had a long and busy day at work, cycling there and back as the weather was good. I had some admin to do when I got home but changed into my gym kit first so that I wouldn’t have an excuse not to work out. Knowing where you might slip up and creating pathways for success is a good way to stay on track when you are not feeling as motivated.
